RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Many thanks to parents and their families who attended the masses held over Catholic Education Week. Your presence and support is greatly appreciated as we together work in partnership sharing faith and celebrating together.
During Catholic Education Week families have been encouraged to visit the newly Blessed and installed Stations of the Cross Garden. As you can appreciate more work is needed to beautify the area with suitable plants and outdoor décor. There is still time to make a donation towards the garden area of the sacred space. Families may wish to donate shrubs, plants, pots, pottery, outdoor garden décor, etc. All donations will be acknowledged. A flyer is attached with details of the event.
The Admin Staff in our School Office did an outstanding job putting together over 250+ badges. The ‘family’ badge fundraiser was very popular, raising $250. Thank you to all students, families and staff for your participation in this year’s Trinity Families fundraiser.
Congratulations to the following students who have received the Sacrament of First Reconciliation:

Matthew 28:16-20
Jesus sends his disciples to make disciples of all nations.
This week we return to the liturgical season of Ordinary Time. This Sunday and next Sunday, however, are designated as solemnities, special days that call our attention to the central mysteries of our faith. Next Sunday, on the first Sunday after Pentecost, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity. This feast invites us to consider what we believe about God, who has revealed himself to us in the Trinity, one God in three Persons.
Jesus gave his disciples the power to baptize people everywhere in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus also told his disciples to pass along the power by teaching others what he had taught them.
National Reconciliation Week
National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. These dates commemorate two significant milestones in the reconciliation journey— the successful 1967 referendum, and the High Court Mabo decision respectively. Reconciliation must live in the hearts, minds and actions of all Australians as we move forward, creating a nation strengthened by respectful relationships between the wider Australian community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
