We have begun an exciting term in Japanese. The Foundies and Year 1s have begun learning colours and can already say four colours in Japanese - WOW! The Year 2s have started learning the names of items in their classroom. The Year 3 and 4s have begun using the sentences ‘I want…’ and ‘I don’t want…’ and the Year 5 and 6 students are learning about the Japanese language system and comparing the sounds to the sounds in English. 

A lot of learning in only the first week of term!
